The United Methodist Men of New Salem meet monthly for fellowship as well as planning for our next community project. Some of our past projects that have made a difference for our community include:
- Building handicap ramps for those who have need of them,
- Upgrading our church playground.
- Participation in the church-wide clean up days.
- New Salem Fall BBQ Fundraiser – Working alongside our United Methodist Women, we helped raise funds for local community outreach projects.
- Purchasing coats for our local elementary school children.
- Supported the local Randolph Senior Adults Association with the purchase of box-fans that were given to local senior citizens who had need of them during the hot summer months.
