The library offers something for everyone. We have a children’s video library dedicated in memory of Mrs. Jean Bischer. These stories range from truths taken from the bible, some inspirational and historical biographies and the ever loved Veggie Tales series. There is also an area designated for young readers as well.
We have a nice collection of new and classic readings. Authors include but are not limited to: Billy, Franklin and Anne Graham (Lotz), James Dobson, Janette Oke and Charles Stanley to name a few. We have all the Chicken Soup series and several selections of audio studies, stories and the Bible on tape. Our library would not be complete without some reference material, so we have several concordances and Bible translations for your convenience.
As our name indicates we are a memorial library and thanks to several excellent historians we have a plethora of photo albums, memorial pages, cemetery and church history documents as well as other mementos found and donated to the library.
The UMW participates in the reading program each year and we have magazines, periodicals and the reading list is available for your consideration. Come by and “check us out” or sit in one of the comfortable chairs and peruse our offerings.
